Entry from: Sirince, Turkey Entry Title: “Rural Turkey” Entry: “We were greeted by the staff who were very friendly and laid back and shown to our room which was just charming. The place was so tranquil, peaceful and relaxing, that you felt yourself winding down as soon as you walked through the gate. The only noise was from the birds and the occasional braying donkey somewhere across the valley. There were bean bags to chill out on the lawn but beware of Minosh the kitten that hides under a bush and likes to pounce on wiggly toes. A little piece of heaven and we would have loved to have stayed longer. A 1km walk up a winding track brings you to the small hotel which has a pool you can use that is tucked away along a path and overlooking the valley below. Very welcome from the walk and the heat. The village was quaint with an area off the square like a small back alley full of small shops selling mostly locally made fruit wine and other touristy stuff. We ate at what looked to be quite an expensive place as it had a great view (Artemis restaurant), but we were surprised at how cheap it turned out to be having had such a good meal with a bottle of wine. www.nisanyan.com Read and see more at: www.travelpod.com Photos from this trip: 1. “Room 7″ 2. “The Breakfast Area” 3. “The View” 4. “Village Square
