These are things that I make sure to have in my saddle bag at every single ride. Saddle bags do vary between riders, so these are the things that I personally like to have. One thing that I did not mentioned in this video and perhaps I should of is my tire pump is attached to my 24/7, and also, I use co2′s during races to quickly fill up my tire.
