Hans even had room to strap a 12-pack of Kokanee beer onto his bike for the ride to camp. These are a couple highlights from his week-long trip from Central Oregon, through Washington, British Columbia and back.

Entry from: Augsburg, Germany Entry Title: “Bavarian Bike Tour” Entry: “215 miles, 25 hours riding through Bavaria, and our bike tour is complete. The varied scenery and landscape made for an incredible journey. During our trip we rode through small Bavarian villages, alpine forests, wild flower meadows, farm lands, foot hills, and next to crystal clear rivers and lakes that were great for swimming. In the wilderness, we saw several deer, a jack rabbit, and a river otter. There were steep inclines, descents, and everything in between. We got lost a few times but always found our way due to poorly placed or missing signs. Day 1: Augsburg – Lake Worthsee (49 miles, 5 hr 17 min) Day 2: Lake Worthsee – Muranu (40 miles, 4 hr 48 min) Day 3: Muranu – Fussen (40 miles, 4 hr 52 min) Day 4: Fussen – Schongau (32 miles, 3 hr 40 min) Day 5: Schongau – Landsburg (24 miles, 2 hr 40 min) Day 6: Landsburg – Augsburg (32 miles, 3 hr 31 min) Our favorite part of the ride was when the Alps came into view and we slowly rode towards them. It’s amazing how much distance you can cover in one day on a bicycle. In the morning, we got a glimpse of the range, and at the end of the day we were riding next to the cliffs. That night, from our hotel window, we could see Ludwig II’s Neuschwanstein Castle (Castle at Disney World is

1994 BMW 75S MOTORCYCLE BIKE

  • Posted on August 13, 2011 at 4:04 am

1991 BMW 75S MOTORCYCLE I got this item from a lady in Adamsville, TN who said she rode it for about 2-3 years before parking it. It has been covered up in the yard for about a year. When I got to it, it had a dead battery, I tried to charge it, but it won’t hold enough charge to start it. I jumped it off and the motor will turn over, but I haven’t started it. All I did was take some pictures and here it is! It only has 12763 miles on it and the original Rider’s manual and other BMW booklets will go with it too. It also has the hard BMW saddle bags for each side. (What a bonus!) This will be a great deal for someone I am not a mechanic or a motorcycle rider, so I don’t know much about them. What you see is what you get. Title in hand!!! I AM STARTING THE BIDDING AT $1 WITH NO RESERVE AND IT WILL SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER REGARDLESS OF PRICE!!! If you would like to come and see the item before the auction ends it is located in Morris Chapel, TN Call before you come 731-607-0118
