500 Billion Plastic Bags, is the number consumed annually, which is about a million a minute. This art video by Dickson Beall has been described as “thoughtful, moving, disturbing, disgusting…it is full of reality and beauty, emptiness and fullness.” Music is by Rachmaninoff and performed on the St. Louis Cathedral Basilica organ by Charles Callahan.
