1987 Buick Regal Grand National / GNX CLONE Project – Sept 2010 Update No Shoes, No Alky, No Burnout Box, Stage, 4 PSI Boost Street Tires update Oct 21, 2010 1.806 60′ — Best ET 12.389 @ 108.95 mph — Best MPH: 109.95 MPH 20#’s Boost, No Knock, 13.2 @ 105 mph on Cooper Cobra 235/60/15″ Street Radials May 13, 2009 (and it wasn’t even tuned), then over time more changes, as listed below. Purchased March 2008 with 88000 miles STOCK – Original. As of Oct 2010 there is 103881 miles, driven from Wisconsin to Kentucky; Wisconsin to NC, SC, Georgia 2008; Wisconsin to Kentucky to Maine to Wisconsin 2009, Wisconsin to Maine 2010, and Maine to Kentucky Oct 20-23, 2010. Past 2.5 yrs, I’ve DRIVEN 16000 miles in a 1987 Buick Regal Grand National with over 100k miles!!! and “No Brakes & a Bad Turbo” when I bought it in 2008… this is my 2nd 87 Buick Grand National (and modified) — my 1st GN is an ORIGINAL T-Top with 38,xxx miles, ATR 2.5″ Pitbull Stainless Steel Dual Exhaust, Torque Strap, Front & Rear Brace Kit Package, RJC Power Plate. June 2008 – July 2009 Updates & Modifications: GNX Clone is Modified with bolt on parts, unopened engine – 3″ Front Mount Intercooler, 3″ Downpipe with External Wastegate/Boost Controller, 3″ Stainless Steel True Dual Exhaust, TA 49 Turbo, F-Body Alum Radiator with Dual Fans, RJC Power Plate, Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator (43 PSI line off) with FP gauge, Scanmaster, A-Pillar Boost & Knock Gauges, TurboTweak 93 Chip with 60# Injectors, 3
