Once you have done them all, repeat them for a total of four times. If 1 minute is too much, then lessen the time to 30 second intervals. On all of these 4 exercises, the higher the jump and/or the faster you go, the harder the workout will be. Toe taps – jump and tap your toe over the band and alternate. Jumps – Jump forward and backward over the band. Ski Hops – Turn sideways and jump back and forth over the band.
