Hoover Convertible Model U4119 Upright Vacuum Cleaner

I found this vacuum in the garbage about 2 years ago across the alley. It looked like a POS from a distance, but actually is in very nice shape. All i did was change the paper bag, install a new belt, and install a different bolt on the lower handle. Besides the gaping hole on the outer bag it runs awesome!
