When the Curtain Falls Chapter 12 *** Dear Diary, I cant believe it. Its a miracle! Im going on vacation! Goodbye to the hustle and bustle and hectic schedules that deprive me of sleep. Hello to relaxation and not a care in the world! Im so happy I can hardly write; even know, my hand shakes with excitement. Just think! In three weeks, Ill be in an island paradise! Ohhh I cant wait. ~A very Ecstatic Sonny ~Three weeks later~ Chad. Chad grabbed sleek suitcase and quickly ascended the steps to his private jet. The morning was quite bright, and the warm California sun beat down on him. He turned around and waved to the small group of fan girls that had come to see him off. He gave them a parting wave, and then ducked inside the air conditioned jet. He was greeted by the pilot and the rest of the MacKenzie Falls cast. Chad sauntered over to his seat by the window. He took off his aviator sunglasses and put them in his shirt pocket. Looking out the window, he could see Los Angeles shrinking rapidly before him. He whipped out his phone, knowing that in a few seconds he would lose his chance to make a call. Sonny was on his speed-dial. For a moment his finger hovered over her number, and Chad contemplated calling her. But she wouldnt pick up, he knew. At best, they were just friends. Sonny.
