Rickshaw Bagworks is a San Francisco based bag manufacturing company. We make messenger bags, computer bags, sleeves and other accessories right here in our own factory in San Francisco. Inspired by the creative energy of our city, urban cycling and an intense desire to make great products, we started Rickshaw to satisfy our own personal passion for bags. We’re a new company, but we have many years of experience designing and manufacturing great bags and providing unique customer experiences. In addition to our passion for bags, we share a strong set of humanistic, environmental and social values that guide the way we conduct every aspect of our business. We founded Rickshaw on the fundamentals of sustainability—in design, manufacturing and operations—and we strive diligently to either eliminate or mitigate the waste factors associated with our work. We have customers all over the world, and about a third of our business is conducted over the Internet. Recently, we began using AdRoll to help communicate more effectively with existing customers and reach new ones. AdRoll allows us to segment our advertising so that we’re serving ads to customers based on the types of products that actually interest them. We provide a wide array of products like messenger bags, laptop sleeves and backpacks to a diverse demographic of customers.
